 UPDATE: Death Notice: Robert Ray "Bob" Borders, 91, of Jasonville, Indiana,  passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Sullivan County Community Hospital.  Visitation is scheduled Friday, June 14 at the Cox Funeral Home in Jasonville, from 4 - 8 p.m. , and Saturday, June 15, from noon until time of services at the Jasonville Assembly of God Church.  Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the church, with Pastor Sam Bush officiating.  Interment at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, with Military Rites. 

UPDATE: Death Notice: L. Eldon McCullough, 81, of Lewis, Indiana, passed away June 9, 2019 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.  Visitation is Thursday, June 13, from 4 - 8 p.m. at Schoppenhorst Funeral Home in Clay City, Indiana, and also on Friday, June 14 one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Services will be Friday, June 14 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Bernie Jackson and Rev. Darren Sluder officiating.  www.schoppenhorstfuneralhome.com

The beauty of Shakamak State Park.  This is Lake Kickapoo,one of 3 lakes in the park.  The park is located a mile or so from Jasonville, and has around 300,000 visitors each year.
